Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII offers a brand new gameplay experience for all fans. You think you’ve seen enough of the action? Wait until you experience a brand new world constantly moving as you play the game.

Lightning Return can be considered a combination of the two previous games. Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII uses both the Active Time Battle System and the Dress system both featured in its predecessors.  Some of the battle systems from the previous games have also been adopted and revised like the stagger feature, paradigm shifts and quests.

Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII Characters:

Unlike the other Final Fantasy XIII titles which allows up to 3 characters in a party, Lightning is the only playable character in the game.

Some characters from the previous titles will also be making their appearance like Snow Villiers, Noel Kreiss, and even Hope Estheim.

There are also characters shown in the trailer like Lumina, a mysterious girl which can either be an enemy or a comrade.

Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII is set to be released  on February 11,2014 for North America.  Australia and Europe release will be followed on February 13 and 14 2014. The game will also be available for both PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

Plants Vs Zombies 2: It’s About Time, is similar to its predecessor, which is about a herd of zombies still trying to eat your brain but this time, you have a new set of plants, features and settings. Plants Vs Zombies 2: It’s About Time is also being developed by PopCap games.

Plants Vs Zombies 2: It’s About Time Gameplay:

The gameplay will still be the same as to the previous game. Players can use different types of plants or fungi to defend their home against those zombies while at the same time taking them down with the offensive plants. Plants can only defend or attack on the lane where they are placed similar to Plants Vs Zombies.

The zombie hordes tend to get tougher and greater in numbers as you progress through each level. The only thing that can stop them on their tracks are your plants and of course a strategic plan.

Plants Vs Zombies 2: It’s About Time Characters:

There are no specific characters that you will be playing in the game. You just need to choose what plants to use in every round and plant them in the lane where zombies are coming from. Of course it wouldn’t be fun without any new plants right?

As per the trailer have shown, there will be new plants that will aide you in this game, like the 6 headed pea shooter, a plant that can use boomerang and even a plant that can do boxing.

The addition of brand new plants will definitely make the game more exciting.

Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Blacklist Gameplay:

The game as it is can be called a masterpiece of all action games. Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Blacklist can be considered as one of the best game franchise of Splinter Cell. The scenario, the light environment, skills that can be used, weaponry and other elements of a pure action pack game is all stored in just one game. Surely b Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Blacklist is one game to be waited and be played by all Splinter cell fanatics out there.

The game also introduce new gadgets and killing abilities under Sam’s sleeves like electrocuting bolts, as shown by Sam firing into a puddle to eliminate two guards.

The game also added Kinect voice controls for the Xbox 360 version to allow the player to attract a guard’s attention or call an airstrike for a massive blow. Sam will now also be able to customize his weapon load out and mix and match different pieces of armor to allow for a more customized gameplay experience.

A new gamepalay mechanic known as Killing in Motion is also added to the which which allows player to highlight their targets and eliminate them one after the other.

The game also features its Multiplayer mode. The designer of the game Maxime Beland said that the “Spy vs. Mercs” competitive mode from the last series would be making its return.

Gamers will be playing the master of stealth,Sam Fisher, leader of the newly formed 4^th Echelon unit. He will be accompanied by his old ally, Anna Grímsdóttir together with other new characters like Charlie Cole and Isaac Briggs.

Set in a post-apocalyptic world where a major plague has wiped out much of humanity, you’ll have to lead two characters through what is left of America. You’ll be forced to move from location to location, tackling cities like Boston and Philadelphia that have been abandoned for some time all in an effort to survive. Promising to be an action packed thriller and platform with a top notch story just like the Uncharted games, this is a can’t miss title for 2013.

The Last Of Us Gameplay:

While a lot of the details about gameplay specifics are still a little bit cloudy, there are some details that can be shared. The developers have already stated that it will be a mix of hardcore action, clever stealth, and puzzle solving in the real world. You’ll be able to handle missions any way you want, and for the most part will have free reign to move about the world as you see fit. The game isn’t the open world that Grand Theft Auto is, but you will have more options than you did in the Uncharted games.

The Last Of Us Characters:

You will take control of two different characters that work as a team to survive in this post-apocalyptic work. The first character is the gritty and experienced survivor Joel where the second is a teenage girl (but incredibly mature) Ellie. You’ll work as a team controlling one character or the other at a time as you move through the game to accomplish your missions. The AI is fantastic and tight in the demos that have been released, and like all Naughty Dog games the banter and story between the two looks to be top notch.

The Last Of Us Game Release Date:

The only downside to The Last of Us is the simple fact that it won’t release until June 14, 2013 and only on the PlayStation 3. Still a month away but I’m sure there will be more info to research before then. This is shaping up to be a game you cannot afford to ignore.

Injustice: Gods Among Us Gameplay:

Injustice: Gods Among Us has three dimensional characters and landscapes, but like most traditional fighting games, players can only move from side to side and up and down. This gives players a classical feel with a modern look. Also in the style of classical fighting games, there are only four command buttons. Three activate fighting moves, either light, medium, or heavy, and one activates a special “character trait” that changes the way each fighter behaves.

Characters in the game are either “gadget” characters, or “power” characters. The difference appears in their move sets and combinations. “Gadget” characters are those that rely more heavily on tools and weapons; Batman falls into this category, for instance. “Power” characters pack more in their punches and kicks, and as such, rely more on close-quarters combat tactics than their gadget counterparts. Bane and Superman are good examples of power characters.

Injustice: Gods Among Us Characters:

Injustice features a wide swath of characters players can choose from, including most of the big DC comic book heroes and villains. These include Wonder Woman, Batman, the Joker, Bane, Nightwing, Superman, Solomon Grundy, Flash, and Lex Luthor, and many others. While the developers of Injustice haven’t said, there is some speculation that there are unlockable secret characters, as is common in fighting games like Injustice, including Mortal Kombat. Even if not, Injustice offers a very full lineup that players won’t likely tire of.

Injustice: Gods Among Us was released last April 16^th  for North America and April 19^th in Europe.

Injustice: Gods Among Us clearly and definitely caters to fans of the DC and Marvel comic book universes, but definitely has something to offer general fans of fighting games. With a wide selection of characters, classical layout and button scheme, modern feel, and all the expert development know-how of the team behind history’s most recognizable fighting game, this one is sure to be a hit.
