Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance Game Preview
The Metal Gear franchise has been filled with countless games that people have been enjoying for years. Whether you are sneaking through an area under the cover of a cardboard box, silently dispatching foes from up close with a quick slash of a knife or you are taking your gun and giving a few headshots to your enemies there is always fun to be had with these games. Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance will be the latest release and a spin-off of the current series with the focus being on Raiden this time. When it comes to dispatching your foes and gameplay Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance takes a step away from its older Metal Gear Solid brother. Stealth is no longer the goal here now players take a more aggressive role as they hack and slash their way through levels carving up their opponents like a holiday ham.
Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance Gameplay:
When it comes with Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance gameplay it is all about cutting up opponents in creative ways. Running through the level and slashing away to your heart’s content. If you are a fan of the classic Metal Gear Solid games the gameplay may seem a bit different but you aren’t Snake this time. Now you are a cyborg that can literally chop a helicopter into pieces.
The game doesn’t just involve hacking and cutting your opponents but when it does you slow down time and cut them with precision using the new ability to cut your blade with the analog stick. Ninja running at high speeds across the level and destroying large groups of opponents is just a small number of things that you can do in the game and the further you go more abilities and skills will be unlocked.
Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance Characters:
The main Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance character is Raiden and the game is set right after the events of Metal Gear Solid 4. You are attacked by an evil cyborg organization that basically destroys you in the game but you are rebuilt in a new armor that makes Raiden faster and stronger. The only downside is that now he has to continuously take energy from other cyborgs in order to power his armor and stay alive.
